What are the Biggest Challenges Faced by CA Students?

If you are doing Engineering, Doctor or MBA then there is no problem, But if you are doing CA then it is the biggest challenge for every student because CA is itself the biggest challenge. Every step is the challenge starting from CA foundation to CA final.

CA is one of the professional courses and has great scope and job opportunities so because of these things which make this course different from other education. The CA qualification syllabus is very vast every student required in-depth knowledge of all the subjects and duration of CA course is too long. The duration will depend on the student on how quickly they are able to clear each level.

But doesn’t matter how long you took complete CA course, if you want to be a successful chartered accountant then time factor doesn’t matter the thing that matter is how much knowledge you gain in this period.

The CA is one of the most respectful and challenging career fields. There are 4 most important challenges that every student should face during CA course.

1.CA Foundation

2.CA Intermediate

3.Articleship Training

4.CA Final

First challenge- CA foundation:

CA foundation is an entrance test in Chartered Accountancy course which has replaced CPT. The entrance test is not like another course where once you get cleared in the entrance test, surely you will get the degree. The entry in CA is easy as compared to clear the whole course.

It is a test of four subjects related to basic knowledge which you have gained in your senior secondary classes i.e., Accounting, Mercantile Laws, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude. This test is of 200 marks.

Second challenge-CA Intermediate:

One’s you cleared the first step means CA foundation the main challenge starts where the student has to appear in CA Intermediate which has replaced CA IPCC. The whole syllabus of CA Intermediate is divided into 8 subjects and 2 groups. The Intermediate Course helps you to receive working knowledge. Only after clearing either or both groups of the Intermediate Course, you can join the practical training.

 Third Challenge-Articleship Training:

In CA Course after completing CA IPCC a CA student is required to undergo 3 years of Articleship training under a Chartered Accountant and this is the first step where CA student enter into the practical world. This training guide as issued by ICAL contains all the regulations related to CA course during Articleship Training. This is the time where the student has work for a stipend which is very low.

 Biggest Challenge-CA Final:

After completing the training for 3 years every student will have to face the biggest challenge of this course. This is the final step where tests your hard work, knowledge, and everything. It also checks your knowledge gained during practical work. The student can appear for CA final after clearing both groups of CA Intermediate.

Student gets three or more attempts to crack this final level of CA they takes too many attempts not just they don’t hard work because they lose focus on studies or distract from the goal because during the tanning period student used to get more time and interest in work rather than studies and cover the entire syllabus of final exam in just 6 months and after result complain that do not get time form office so couldn’t prepare for the final exam.

But if you decided to make your career in this field you have to manage your time for every situation I think this is the biggest challenge for every CA student…
